Bring in the noir glamour! Elbaz did a wonderful collection for this fall, both feminine and dark, very Lanvin. Which I obviously liked! The colors, mostly black and browns-pastels, with bits of red and eggplant tones, were used in minimalism meets draping garments, characteristic of this brand. The fabrics were sheer, sometimes opaque, sometimes shimmering metallic and others transparent, fur, feathers and a lot of jewellery. The shoes were gorgeous, especially the half-cut ones (pure love!!!) and the crocodile (or so) ones, with stripes in the ankle... I'd totally wear most of the pieces!!! That's what I call simple and classy!
