This week was rich in news, from gorgeous dresses from Haute Couture to an amazing speech from Cameron Russell.

Depois de um gap de anos, a H&M vai investir num desfile, em Paris, durante a Fashion Week

(mas não incluído na mesma!).

Features | Finalist at Fashiolista X Supertrash styling contest

Fashiolista is having a styling contest where we had to style a look for one out of four bloggers.

A few weeks ago, these were my choices to dress up CocoRosa, one of my favorites!

O dia pode não ser o mais fabuloso, mas recebi uma notícia que me deixou mais contentinha!

 Simple...but liked back at Chictopia. Wow. 

Who would have thought my comfortable clothing would be so appreciated?

Spring Bloom Contest at Chictopia - the winner :o

When I saw an e-mail from Cheri Chictopia, my first thought was:

"oh, great, maybe I've made it to Chictopia's homepage!"

but when I read I was a winner of the Spring Bloom Contest I was like

"what?!" and my heart start beating really fast.

And then I read the whole message and realize I was THE winner!

The 1st place! :OOO

I was truly surprised, never thought I really stand a change,

I actually seldom enter these contests but wow, was it worth to now! ;)

Now I got to pick some lovely stuff over at Free People,

which is basically one of these sites that I usually droll a lot about

(especially the shoe section) but never manage to buy anything!

Now I can! :D

Hello, girls and boys! Como vos tinha dito, fui uma das bloggers convidada para a colaboração com a marca nacional The Party Glasses, que consistia em fazer o styling de 3 modelos de óculos!

Foi uma experiência diferente e adoooorei!

Ao longo deste mês serão divulgadas as fotos de cada blogger, eu fui a primeira, já podem ver todas as minhas fotos no Facebook! ;)

After long days of simplicity, my sexier side practically barked and said, "Okey, I've realized you're really into that jumper and loafer thingy, but what about a womanly look for a change?". And, my friends, you should not say no to this kind of little voices that fill our heads! : p

Therefore, I picked up my gooooorgeous burgundy skirt and used it with this pastel shirt! LOVED the combo, is unexpected, but I think it works well!

Also redeemed my over the knee boots (loooove them too much!) and my black faux-fur coat!

Friday sees me wake up in the great mood! Earlier this week I was not at my best, but now people, it's tiiiime to dance! ;) I can jump again! The classes, blah, are boring as ever, but it's the degree I've chosen and I will lead him to the end! :D

The weekend will be spent working: I have a full day of hospital on Sunday! (oh,yeah, I'm becoming a real doctor :p) But I will also include recreational time, of course! My more than beautiful boy (love you), friendships that last forever and, of course, you all, my great loves! (as in the bunny Schnuffel)!

And yes, I'm happy AS HELL! Jump with me, the autumn leaves are already too much for my 36 little feet! :p

Depois de longos dias de simplicidade, o meu lado mais sensual torceu o nariz e disse: "Pronto, já percebi que gostas desta coisa das camisolonas e dos sapatinhos de homem, mas e que tal um look de mulherzinha, para variar?!". E, meus amigos e amigas, não se deve dizer não a este tipo de vozinhas que povoam a nossa cabeça! :p


E assim, peguei na minha liiiinda saia burgundy e usei-a com esta camisa pastel! ADOREI a combinação, confesso, é inesperada, mas acho que resulta bem! 


Resgatei também as minhas botas over the knee (como as adooooro) encontradas na Stradivarius e o belo casaco oferecido pela Westrags há já um ano!


Sexta-feira vê-me acordar de óptimo humor! No início da semana não estava no meu melhor, mas agora, miiiinha gente, é samba! ;) Pincho de novo! As aulas, pah, boring as ever, mas é o curso que amo e vou fazer por levá-lo até ao fim! :D


O fim-de-semana vai ser passado em trabalhos: terei um DIA INTEIRO de hospital no domingo! (oh, yeah, estou a tornar-me uma real doctor :p) Mas também vou incluir espaços recreativos, digamos! O meu boy mais que lindo (amo tu), amizades de loooooonguíssima data e, claro, vocês todos, meus grandes amores (assim à Orelhinhas Schnuffel)!


E sim, eu estou PINDERICAMENTE feliz! Saltem comigo, que as folhas de outono já são demais para o meu pézinho 36! :p

The most gorgeous sweater ever!

This is my newest sweater. It's in water green shades (my favorite color)! It's fluffy! It's warm! And it's the most beautiful sweater I've ever had (or seen)! It seems like it was made for me! I've bought her during Moda Lisboa, and I couldn't help wearing her that same day! You'll see the result tomorrow! :p

Esta e a minha nova camisola. É em tons verde-agua (a minha cor favorita)! É felpuda! É quente! E e a camisola mais linda que alguma vez tive (ou vi)! Parece que foi feita bem para mim! Comprei-a na H&M do Chiado, quando ainda estava a ser desempacotada, durante o Moda Lisboa e não pude impedir-me de a usar no mesmo dia! Verão o resultado amanhã! :p

Hi, there, everyone! I've been a bit absent lately, but as soon as I get my life organized, I'll have more time here! Meanwhile, Susana from the blog La Cerise Rouge, posted her latest "blogger of the week" feature and it was me! :D She told me to tell a bit about myself in a TOTALLY free way! Olá a todos! Tenho estado em modo mais ou menos ausente, mas assim que tiver as coisinhas mais organizadas, passarei mais tempo aqui! Entretanto, a Susana do blog La Cerise Rouge postou o seu último "blogger of the week" e fui eu! :D Ela disse-me para contar um pouco sobre mim de uma maneira completamente LIVRE!!! Adorei! Foi isto que fiz - que também podem ver aqui.

Defining myself is hard, since I have so many antithetic interests. You probably wouldn't get me, if you ever met me! I'm that girl that can actually laugh really loud, but still stood quietly listening to an awesome Opera. I love writing, it's probably my favorite thing to do. Dancing, reading, singing and everything fashion related are also favs. 

I've came up with my blog "My Fashion Insider" back at October 2009 without ever thinking of the adventure I was getting myself into! And, if at the beginning, I was just a lonely kid, now the thing I love the most about it, is the ability to communicate with people that love fashion as much as I do! 

My so called "style" is actually a schizophrenic mix. I can be all bows and flowers in one day, and zap! in the other, I can wear skulls and combat boots. Some call it crazy, I call it "I have so many Nádias inside of me, I need to get all of them happy!". Yeah, I'm quite lunatic indeed!

I'm a photography lover and a sucker for light games. I'm the one who takes most of my outfit pictures and I can't complain. I've recently started photographing "things I see" and I'm quite loving it!

In the future, I will be a doctor. Wait, what does that have to do with fashion? Yeah, you guessed: nothing! But it's the life I've chosen for me and, despite how much I love long skirts, Alexander McQueen, Vogue and Greg Kadel, that will NEVER replace the happiness that crosses my face everytime I feel I'm helping someone. Lame, I know. But true.

Despite what my wardrobe extravaganza may suggest, I'm actually a simple person. I love flowers, Golden Retrievers, hot chocolate, babies and, one day, I'll have my own white house.
